Twas the Night Before Christmas
On behalf of the entire DeMichele & DeMichele team, we want to wish each and every one of you a very merry Christmas 2012! Our office is now closed and will re-open on Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Until that time it is best to contact us by -e-mail. Christmas is a time for family. At the same time, we're well aware that many of our clients and friends in the legal blogosphere are grappling with not-so “merry” domestic situations this Holiday Season. This may be your first Christmas with the kids since the divorce. Or perhaps your child's other parent has made holiday celebrations in the past difficult? We're here to help however we can. Our office reopens on Wednesday, December 26th, but for now, here's a few recent posts from our firm blog addressing issues (family law-related and not) which you may find yourself confronting this time of year:
(1) Sesame Street explains Divorce to Preschool Children (VIDEO)
(2) Dealing with Divorce at the Holiday Season
(3) An Overview of Holiday Parenting Time in New Jersey
(4) Heading Off Holiday Parenting Time Trouble in the Future

Are you or someone you know facing these issues? If so, contact the attorneys at DeMichele & DeMichele today. Our office will reopen on December 26, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Email us now to schedule your confidential and free initial consultation with one of your attorneys. You can also reach us during regular office hours by telephone (856) 546-1350.
