Justice Sonia Sotomayor Appears on Sesame Street to Discuss Careers

On the weekends we tend to look at the lighter side of the law.  A United States Supreme Court Justice appearing on a children's show  certainly qualifies as the lighter side of the law.   However, the message she brings to the Sesame Street audience is not at all light, it is very important. You may recall that Justice Sotomayor rendered a decision on Sesame Street.  It appears that Justice Sotomayor has returned to Sesame Street not to render another decision but to discuss careers.  Her message is inspiring, especially to someone who has a daughter. In this video, Justice Sotomayor explains to Abby, a fuzzy pink Muppet,  that being a princess is not a career.  By the end of the discussion Abby is convinced that she wants to be a judge. Enjoy!
