Actually the Law Can Be Funny

It’s the weekend and from time to time we like to share the lighter side of the law.  Saturday is a time to take a break from the serious side of  the law and have some “legal” fun. Below are two videos that demonstrate “what not to do” when it comes to your case.  The first video highlights the importance of remaining calm in your depositions. The second video is a primer of  unacceptable conduct in court. In our first video, the witness clearly loses his cool and the result is a not good for him or his case. For those of you who may have been wondering; it never a good idea to use profanity when you are under oath and you are be videotaped.  While there is  some educational value to this video it has become a YouTube hit because it is just down right funny. Our second video clip  illustrates what not to do in court when the judge rules against you.  In this video,  the woman clearly lost her cool and seemingly forgot the court room was filled with armed sheriffs officers who had a full complement of police equipment including handcuffs.
